Welcome to Peggy's Fur-Sculptured Art; a new art form inspired and created in 1982. My art is innovative, unique, and one-of-a-kind art that has never been done before. Even though it is now 2017, I believe I am still the only person in the world who creates this type of art. I combine traditional paintings with three-dimensional animals made from pieces of actual animal pelts, to create a beautiful natural scene. I strive to inspire humankind by bringing the beauty and peacefulness of nature into homes and offices.
This American Bald Eagle in Winter was created using pieces of caribou and Dall sheep pelts from Alaska. The background is an oil painting. The artwork is preserved in a deep 16"x 20" shadow-box frame covered with glass for protection.
